GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Website: mystery-solvers.com, owned by EW Webservices, located in Amersfoort, The Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 57567999, where a murder dinner script can be requested.
1.2 Customer: the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement through the Website and/or has made a request on the Website.
1.3 Agreement: any agreement or contract between www.mystery-solvers.com and the Customer, to which the General Terms and Conditions are an integral part.
1.4 Service Delivery: the initiation of emails with role descriptions for the requested murder dinner.
1.5 General Terms and Conditions: the present general terms and conditions.

Article 2. Applicability of General Terms and Conditions
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries made by the Website unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2.2 If the Customer includes provisions or conditions in their order, confirmation, or acceptance that deviate from or are not included in the General Terms and Conditions, they will only be binding on www.mystery-solvers.com if explicitly accepted in writing by www.mystery-solvers.com.

Article 3. Prices and Information
3.1 All prices mentioned on the Website and in other materials originating from the Website include VAT and other government-imposed taxes.
3.2 If shipping costs apply, they will be clearly indicated well in advance before the conclusion of the Agreement. Additionally, these costs will be separately displayed in the ordering process. If there are no shipping costs or if they are included in the price, this will also be stated as described in this Article.
3.3 The content of the Website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, www.mystery-solvers.com cannot guarantee that all information on the website is always accurate and complete. All prices and other information on the Website and in other materials from the Website are subject to obvious programming and typographical errors.

Article 4. Formation of Agreement
4.1 The Agreement is concluded at the moment of the Customer’s acceptance of the offer on the Website and compliance with the conditions set by Centime Internet Concepts.
4.2 If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, Centime Internet Concepts will immediately confirm the receipt of the offer’s acceptance electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the Customer has the option to terminate the Agreement.
4.3 If it turns out that incorrect data have been provided by the Customer when accepting or entering into the Agreement in any other way, www.mystery-solvers.com has the right to adjust prices in an appropriate manner.

Article 5. Execution of Agreement
5.1 Once the order has been received by www.mystery-solvers.com, www.mystery-solvers.com will send the products in accordance with the provisions in paragraph 3 of this Article at the agreed time.
5.2 www.mystery-solvers.com is authorized to involve third parties in carrying out the obligations arising from the Agreement.
5.3 The Website clearly describes, well in advance before the conclusion of the Agreement, the manner in which delivery will take place and within what period the products and/or services will be delivered.
5.4 If www.mystery-solvers.com is unable to deliver the products and/or services within the agreed period, it will inform the Customer accordingly. In such case, the Customer may agree to a new delivery date or terminate the Agreement free of charge.

Article 6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
6.1 If the Customer orders within 1 week before the Service Delivery, the Customer agrees that the execution of the Agreement starts immediately upon ordering the service. As a result, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
6.2 The Website clearly states, well in advance before the conclusion of the Agreement, that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
6.3 If the Customer orders more than 1 week before the Service Delivery, the Customer can cancel the order free of charge until 1 week before the Service Delivery.

Article 7. Additional Provisions
7.1 The Customer shall not use the purchased scripts for any other purpose than for the murder dinner on the requested date, provide them to third parties not part of the Agreement, or resell them. It is explicitly prohibited to use the scripts for business activities or offer them without written permission from www.mystery-solvers.com. In the event of a breach of this provision, www.mystery-solvers.com is entitled to impose a penalty of £10,000 (ten thousand UK pounds) per violation.

Article 8. Payment
8.1 The Customer shall make payments to www.mystery-solvers.com using the payment methods indicated in the order process and on the Website. www.mystery-solvers.com is free to choose the payment methods offered and may change them from time to time. General information about the payment methods will be provided by www.mystery-solvers.com in a timely manner before the conclusion of the Agreement.

Article 9. Warranty and Compliance
9.1 www.mystery-solvers.com guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the Agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the Agreement.
9.2 Any warranty provided by www.mystery-solvers.com does not affect the statutory rights and claims that the Customer has under the Agreement.
9.3 If the delivered product does not conform to the Agreement, the Customer must notify www.mystery-solvers.com of this within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
9.4 If www.mystery-solvers.com deems the complaint to be valid, the relevant products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after consultation with the Customer. The maximum compensation is equal to the price paid by the Customer for the product.

Article 10. Complaints Procedure
10.1 If the Customer has a complaint about a product (in accordance with the Article regarding warranty and compliance) and/or other aspects of the services provided by www.mystery-solvers.com, they can submit a complaint to www.mystery-solvers.com by phone, email, or mail. See the contact details at the end of the General Terms and Conditions.
10.2 www.mystery-solvers.com will respond to the Customer’s complaint as soon as possible, but in any case within 3 working days after receiving the complaint. If it is not yet possible to provide a substantive or final response, www.mystery-solvers.com will confirm the receipt of the complaint within 3 working days and provide an estimate of the time within which it expects to provide a substantive or final response to the Customer’s complaint.

Article 11. Liability
11.1 www.mystery-solvers.com accepts legal obligations to compensate for damages only to the extent indicated in this article.
11.2 www.mystery-solvers.com is only liable to the Customer.
